ROSWELL NM
Sixty-one years ago today, on July 8, 1947, the Roswell Daily Record reported the capture of a flying saucer that had crashed near Roswell NM.

EXPLORING NEW MEXICO
On July 2nd, we went river-rafting outside Santa Fe NM, so no photos of that. Today, we went on a long adventure through southern New Mexico, including Roswell, an ancient lava flow and as close as we could get to White Sands NM. We even found a rock shop where SDC bought some trinitite.
